Frequently asked questions
If you cannot find the answer here, write to us.
Do you offer special prices for bulk orders?
Yes. We offer special pricing for corporate customers such as hotels, hospitals, shopping centres and public institutions, and for bulk purchases. Please contact us for a quote.
Do you provide technical support for installation?
Our products are very easy to install. Even so, on request, and especially for bulk orders, we can provide on-site installation or technical support.
Which flow rates do you recommend for different areas?
Low flow rates (1.7–3 L/min) are sufficient for basins in public areas. For showers, with comfort in mind, models between 6 and 9 L/min are a good choice. We can work out the most suitable models together.
Can we request a free site survey or a product demo?
Yes. We carry out free site surveys to understand your needs and recommend the most suitable solution. We can also send a demo kit so you can try the products before deciding.
